We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item please read the following information.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be complicated, especially when it comes to color mistakes. If you’ve selected the wrong color, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.

Return Policy

You may return* unopened hair extensions sets within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt. Make sure that the items have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Once opened, the hair cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. The products must be returned in their original packaging.

2. Hand-Tied Wefts
3. Tools and Accessories
4. Hair Care Products

To initiate a return, you are required to follow these steps:
1. Email us at contact@slovenianhair.com prior to sending your return.
2. Include order number or the copy of your invoice and we'll be happy to help.

FAQ

Why hair extensions cannot be exchanged or returned if opened?
Human hair extensions are classified as a hygienic product by law. For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items. Once your package is received, it will be inspected to ensure that the security seals remain intact and have not been tampered with. If any tampering is found, you will not be eligible for a refund, and the opened item will not be returned.

Shipping cost for Return or Exchange
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Slovenian Hair. We recommend that you send your set back with a tracking option, because Slovenian Hair will not be responsible for lost packages.

How soon will I receive my refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened.

Please note: most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
